I am very pleased with the results of my upper eye lid surgery. I knew that my eyelids were getting droopy but I'm surprised at how much better I feel about my vision. If I needed some additional facial/eyelid surgery in the future I would definitely trust Dr. McCracken with the procedure. The instructions for after surgery were clear and concise but I also felt cared for in case I had questions or if something unexpected were to happen. I really appreciated that Dr. McCracken personally called that first evening to check in with me and it was late in the day too! The only problem I encountered was with the office clearing it with my insurance company and telling me what my portion of the bill was to be, before the surgery. This part of the process was extremely difficult. I was also unaware until the day of my surgery that there was an additional charge for the surgery center that was not covered by insurance.

I had Ptosis repair on one eye with Dr McCracken. The method he used has no visable scar and took like 20 minutes but felt even shorter. I did I have swelling on the eyelid but no bruIsing under the eyes. His medical team is very detail oriented and prepared me well for the operation. The results were very good. My eyelids turned out almost perfectly even after the swelling went away. Its amazing how this one procedure can impact your overall look so profoundly. Not to mention improved field of vision. Just know, he does alot of eyelid repairs so he knows what he is doing. This is the place to go - very efficient

He’s always on time, tentative towards your needs and always has good suggestions but is not pushy. His staff is great and always willing to answer questions or concerns. After losing my hair from high dose chemotherapy, my hair regrowth journey was painfully slow. A year after losing my hair, I still had little hair regrowth and my hairline was sparse. I made an appointment and Dr McCracken suggested a series of PRP injections along with some oral supplements. So glad I found Dr McCracken who helped solve this devastating problem.

I began working with Lisa a little over a year ago when I marched into her office asking her for a BBL facial. Lisa sat down and started discussing my skin and my skin concerns/goals with me and although the BBL would have been the more expensive option, she honestly guided me towards what my skin really needed rather than what was popular on social media at the time and what I thought I needed. A year later now I have the best skin I have ever had. I am always greeted with a smile and upbeat personality. I look forward to my appointments with Lisa as she is extremely knowledgeable, relevant, honest, and just a joy to work with.

I would highly recommend Dr. McCracken and his staff. I had been wanting an upper and lower blepharoplasty for many years. After lots of research and meeting with multiple plastic surgeons for this surgery, I was most impressed by Dr. McCracken and felt at ease proceeding with the surgery. 3 months post operative, I can say I’m so happy I went through with it, and feel so confident now. I didn’t experience any post operative issues and everything went smoothly! His staff has been so helpful throughout the whole process as well; would highly recommend!

I was hesitant at first to volunteer to go under for a cosmetic procedure. But as a working mom. Nothing will make you look rested unless you opt for this under eye bag procedure. It was pretty simple and the recovery was pretty fast since the doctor went inside the under eyelid. No scarring and I had immediate results. I am glad for this surgery to make me look and feel younger and refreshed.
